The Apostle Paul

The Apostle Paul was a tentmaker by trade, which he practiced to support himself while spreading the gospel and often worked by firelight . He worked alongside other tentmakers, such as Aquila and Priscilla, during his missionary journeys.

What is my pay? It is the special joy I get from preaching the word of God without expense to anyone (1 Corinthians 9:18). We worked both night and day in order not to be a burden to anyone while we preached the gospel of God to you (1 Thessalonians 2:9). 

Financial support is provided as God moves on the hearts of His people. Emergency Medical Transporters for Christ does not solicit donations or sponsorship from any company nor participate in fundraisers of any kind. We do not require dues for membership nor do we place donation containers at any of our events. We are primarily supported through the purchase of our ministry aid merchandise.

We practice the Tentmaker principal and believe that "Where God guides, He provides."  We evaluate our activities and projects by simply asking ourselves "Are we encouraging our members to live their lives for Jesus Christ?"
